[Coladam] Memory I/O Board J6 Pinout

I had a little time this morning to generate a pinout for the J6 Expansion
ROM connector on the ADAM Memory I/O board.  If anyone wants a copy, or is
able to host the information so that it's available to the public please let
me know, I'm happy to pass it along.  I believe it's accurate, but I
wouldn't mind if someone would double check my work.
